We had booked 14 rooms in the hotel. From the first day of booking Mr Neeraj, GM took initiative to make our stay comfortable. Even the owner Mr Kameshwar was very cordial in his approach. Coming to the actual stay. Each guest was welcomed with warmth and hot cup of tea. Even though some of us reached early in the morning but the staff made us comfortable by giving us place to refresh till the room was allotted. Each staff from the GM to room boy were humble and very respectful. Food was very tasty and coming from Bengali group means it was really tasty. Restaurant staff was very cordial and our appetite increased due to their personal involvement. The USP of the hotel is sincerity and Respect towards the guests. One will leave with fond memories. They fulfill all requirements of transport, visit to Vishwanath Temple, Boats etc, although at an extra cost. We wish the owner, GM and each and every staff members all the best. Although we are not able to mention each and every staff, however, the staff in Front Desk both during day and night including the young girls, F&B Manager and staff in restaurant, House keeping staff were all excellent.
