Hotel Sai Plaza — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

If you’re thinking of dining here for a special occasion — don’t. This place straight-up ruined my birthday.

We reached at 9 PM. The starters showed up at 10:30 PM — ice cold. Then they casually told us paneer was over. Like, what the hell? It’s not like we walked in at midnight — this was peak dinner time.

Then, the main course was brought out without plates. We literally had food and no way to eat it. When the naan finally came, it was stiff and dry. We asked for a replacement — took them another 15 minutes.

By the time we actually sat down to eat, everything was cold, everyone was annoyed, and the mood was completely dead. What should’ve been a happy, memorable night turned into a complete shitshow.

This place doesn’t care about service, quality, or basic restaurant standards. I honestly felt embarrassed in front of my people. Never coming back here, and I’ll make sure others know not to waste their time either.

Rated under 3 star Hotels, you have a lot of responsibility towards even 1 guest... Its 35 minutes ride from this hotel to Ntpc via highway(straight path,just get on the overbridge).. Saying that ,since maximum guest are not around 10-5 ,so we will switch off lifts,AC ,supply doesnot work!! Neither does your utting the AC supply ,multiple times does....

Cant take keys along with,cant bring outside food to eat!! Really ?

Definetely food is really good,the tenderness in non veg items are very rare in even good restraunts... Staff are realli nice specially tripathi ji...

Ample parking space though..

Washroom is like those in lodges...dirty!!

Maintain standards or componsate thats the rule if you have a name and reputation...

Overall its a better option when compared to nearby hotels but do talk about the above points before...
