Hotel The Galaxy — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

The Galaxy Hotel Mirzapur is one of the best hotel. we went 4 years back and selected this hotel for our stay . The services , ambiance,hospitality , quality of rooms, food and the behavior of staff was excellent. Considering this again this year we booked the hotel for our family We were allotted the rooms in The new property Galaxy Pavilion which is located at the back side of Galaxy hotel. Galaxy Pavilion is the heritage property which gives you a feel of staying like a Nawab. The vintage interiors and detailing done in the decor is excellent. The rooms , food and services are very good. Its a Very good place to stay with family. These people are fraud never ever book from their website... we went to the hotel we booked 3 rooms the receptionist was so rude and wasn’t even communicating properly!

We had booked 3 rooms paid too from their website,He admitted that yes website is theirs but they are not getting ....the payment , can you belive it?? How they are scamming people and they have audacity to argue and ask us to leave.

We will be a raising cyber complaint soon!

Sir the booking was through your website.... not google, By your comment i understand you sound educated.... but i highly doubt your professionalism and i have to file a complaint as this seems like a scam, as website is yours and you are behaving rude with customers asking them to just leave without even listening!

Well particularly when you are out on a road trip, u expect to just adjust into any of the decent hotels u get to push back for the night, but when u get something out of the way u feel content.. what we got out of the Galaxy was quality service.. well behaved staff.. The rooms were spacy, every thing just at the place, bathrooms clean toiletries available.. Food, well yeah for a second i thought i was having food in some restaurant in park Street. Which is the best place in Kolkata for quality food.. next morning we had to leave but was amazed to find games for our recreation. Ahh there was chess, pool. Kids loved it.
