Except the location, which is being encashed nothing is useful.

Staff is not being trained.

Very rude behaviour..

Rarely families stay there or there experiences with the corporate people have been so bad that misbehave with the family people also..

You have to ask for everything be it toiletries or tea coffee supplies or even a towel..

Food items are very expensive n quantity is less..not all food items are worth eating or even recommended.

Just wish the staff could be trained properly n should be more polite in their behaviour and family rooms should be on the separate floor..

Breakfast is not included..and also had it been u don't have any options..u simply have to manage in how it has been cooked n served n whatever has been cooked n as served..not to mention tat it is called buffet..but it is not as u don't...

The Grand. Name shows big entrance big building. As soon you enter find reception as usual but the glass doors are actually rest rooms. Beyond that there is conference hall sufficient for small parties upto fifty sixty people. There is no stage that is disappointing as far as other things concerned. Food served is good .
