Hotel Varanasi Paradise — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Not a good experience overall. I stayed there from 2nd to 4th December, 2023 with my family members. I must admit that, the owner, Mr. Sumit Singh is a nice and very friendly person who cooperates in each case, but the hotel is not at all to be categorised as good one in Benaras. As there is no lift, one has to go up to 3rd floor through stairs. Geysers are not working in most of the toilets (5 rooms were booked). An immersion rod is the only option. Only one person, Bipul, is attending all guests. However, he is a good guy. The location is not easily accessible from the Biswanath temple or the centre of the city. You have to cover a distance of 4kms by Auto and Toto from the hotel each time. However, the hotel has a good space for parking in its own compound. Food is another problem there. Neither any restaurant is there in the property nor any good restaurant is located near by which can provide foods at a reasonable rate. I am giving 3 stars...

I had my worst experience yesterday when I reached there to check In after paying them advance for the one night, i booked it for 3 days. During booking and taking advance they didn’t tell that the whole building is under construction and is not in a liveable condition. They refused to give my advance back. The worst part is because of their greed we have to roam from one hotel to another to find a place to stay with kids which is totally unacceptable. It's completely worst place to stay here. No water drinking water, no cleaning, no lift, Damaged AC, TV not working, only one staff is there who is rarely available after calling him 10 times and he is completely irresponsible & rude(Mr. Varun).
