NARESHONS BLUE — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Been there for 6 days, got a complimentary breakfast which was preety good. The support staffs are kinda blank sometimes when you ask for help but it's alright, they might not belong to that place or may not get time to explore. The services were good. Hotel is in main road towards hardoi. Easily accessible but hard to reach there. Too far from lucknow or can say it's in outskirts of lucknow i think. Nothing near this place, no shopping malls, no restaurant, nothing to entertain yourself but good for stay. If someone stick due to car problem or something, then must go there. It's good. Occupancy is less as this hotel is in outskirts but we'll maintained. Clean and hygienic...

It was really bad experience staying in Nareshons blue. There was no proper quilt in the room, we were feeling cold through out the night, and there was no one to listen and provide us extra quilt.

No room service: I asked for water in reception, the person sitting there just ignored me started talking on phone.

Room was dirty, even the bathroom was not clean. The shower gel and shampoo kept in bathroom was used. No towel in Bathroom.

The phone for room service was not working.

They charged me arond 2500 for a night, which too high looking at service, room conditions.

As I mentioned above the staff was not friendly.

It's normal. Nothing so outstanding that I may recommend to a family who can afford to have a better resort than this. Like, rooms are pretty ok but lacked two towels when the room was a double bedded room and also it had no chairs to accomodate anybody else who wanted to interact with you while in your room. I don't recommend it highly unless you are a resident of Jankipuram or its extension or Chowk or Thakurganj or even Dubbagga for that matter.
