OYO 22763 Di Wine Inn — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

This hotel , located in Indira Nagar , named 'Di wine Inn' is a misnomer. It is just a glorified guest house type hotel. The rooms are dirty, bathrooms tiles are dirty, bathroom fixtures are dirty. During our stay of two days there was nothing called 'House Keeping'. The bathroom flush was pitiable and you had to use bucket for flushing. They have an elaborate room service menu but that is deceptive. No non veg item is available from the menu. Even , out of vegetarian dishes, very few common items are available. The room service is pathetic and be ready to wait, at least, for one hour for your food order to be served. even service of bottled water or tea could take 45 minutes. They don't have buffet breakfast service. You can't get your morning tea as the kitchen opens only after 7 am !? They have limited breakfast menu . We ordered Puri Bhaji which was tasty( atleast). The access to the rooms lift is through short staircase, which is not handicap friendly. The front office staff are ok. this hotel seems to survive only on marriage functions and other social functions as they have multiple halls. Not the value for...

i just went into this property to attend a marriage ceremony. the property is a budget hotel but the services are worst. the housekeeping and restaurant facilities are worst. the kitchen starts at 7 am and the room service deliver any order after half an hour and that too after making repeated calls and getting down from your room to the reception. the manager and housekeeping staff doesn't bother at all. a very limited menu available and the prices are very costly as compared to their services and quality. rooms are ok but the toilets are very dirty and unhygenic. you cant complain as no body listen to you. this property can only be used for wedding...

Very poor situation. Totally unsatisfactory condition. Receptionist was also not friendly. They gave such room for 2 days @5000rs as it was deluxe (3x). Just bcoz it was pre-paid so we had to face such situation. We were 2 persons but they provide complimentary breakfast for single person only. By mistake we entered one guest at the time of booking but we upgraded it to 2 guests at reception at entry time only still they provide services for single...
