Room is not same like that showing. When I reached at room then i saw linens was dirty and pillow too. Ac was not working properly. Service are much poor. They wanna only earning or nothing else. A receptionist suggested me come without booking I'll give you room. Because they want cash payment. When I reached at the receptionist she's arguments with me why you did online payment. Before booking i called at reception and asked did you accpeted online payment then they said yes, after that I booked room. Kindly improve your service or behaviour traine your staff how to behave...

I had to stay for n exam and i told the staff beforehand about it and requsted to arrange hot wtr for bath next day as geyser ws not working .next day neithr hot wtr came on time nor the staff ppl despite calling 4 times . Somehw he came crawling and told me we hv sent water to u (to room no204). But i hv told him 402.( 402=204) Sinc i hd no time i hd to avoid taking bath and gone for exam .(some more things were thr to tell but cant write all) worst exprienc avoid...

Oyo confirms the booking but when you reach the hotel, they have the audacity to tell the customer that we can't give you the room and you can go to another hotel. The place is worst when it comes to the front desk/reception desk. The guy sitting there has utmost no respect for female clients. The experience was extremely distasteful and ended up with an argument/fight. A NO NO OYO hotel to book. There are many better options in Lucknow...
