OYO Virasat Saheed Path — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Worst hotel I have ever visited. Pathetic services . The manager Vaishali she doesn’t even know how to deal with customers. She shows attitude as if we are staying there for free or as if she is doing some charity. Same with the owner Ratna. She pretends to be very sweet and give instructions to her manager but never dared to ask us the problems faced by us . We got the bookings done 6 months ago for 10 room for our guest as we had a wedding. But pathetic , worst management services and all. Vaishali keeps on calling for money,that’s the only thing she cares for. They say they opened it for Covid Patients now we don’t believe it as they only demand Money and irritate the guest involved in the family function

Today we stayed in this hotel.very dirty rooms cockroach 🪳 in bathroom.we are 3 person stay.hotel management charges extra bed but only bed sheet is available and charges 300 rs.AC is not working properly.....In night timing 4.30 we check out this hostel because rooms smailing and light cut on every 15 min very very very very...........poor Plz...

Worst hotel ever they are only demanding extra money for rooms bad behavior bad service bad rooms dirty bedsheets dirty washroom and no light backup if electricity not coming please don't go in this hotel my experience...
