Pecan Hotel & Restaurant — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Although I gave just 3 stars,the place is worthy for more (may be not now but m sure it will improve).My in laws live at a stone throw distance and hence whenever I visit them I happen to have something from Pecan(by home delivery).No doubt the food is awsome (consistently). 1st time when I visited the restaurant for indoor dining my experience was mixed (dats y 3 stars only).Its located on 1st floor and the lift wasnt working.Taking the stairs was difficult for my Mother in law but she managed somehow.The interiors were dark/ dim which was a bit annoying. AC was not working which was again a Thumbs down.We were told that AC had malfunctioned that very day only.Now the good part-We ordered springroll which was simply out of d world.Maincourse Paneer Lababdar and Dal makhni was also good.Rotis were crispy and tasty.Staff behaviour was very polite and so was the manager.They silently listened to our complaints regarding ambience and AC and didnt misbehave at all (which is actually rare to find in this part of UP) Whatever may be the present situation,I think the restaurant has a very professional management and they are always ready to listen to their customers and improve.Dats y I believe it has a bright future. Price is high based on the room and hotel conditions. No cleaning in room, for eg. They kept big bin, where AC waste water store there. Due to dis mosquitos were there. Lots of 🕷️’s web all over the place

Too much oily kadai paneer,extra salt in every main course.Expensive an average 400 per head.Food is average so why to pay extra.Service is super fast, waiters takes seconds for cleaning the table even your companion not yet...
