Royal Kingdom Resort — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

What an epic FAILURE RESORT||Fellow travellers, please beware, it’s a scam running in the name of THE ROYAL KINGDOM RESORT. Attached herewith are the photographs of booking done from 27-30th of March 2024 for a couple. Upon reaching the property, we were provided a substandard category room with no basic feature despite intimations of me carrying my insulin pouch and I require a refrigerator in the room, then we were asked to book deluxe category room with fridge in it, we obliged and transferred an amount of ₹8000/- to M/s Sahota account. Now, post traumatising check in experience, despite deposit of advance, we were made to wait for 4 hours. Then were provided with a room consisting refrigerator. Further, after returning from tiger safari, we did our breakfast which’s of equally low quality and exorbitantly high prices. We came to our room no. 502. Aroun 12:40 pm we were called upon by Mr. Giriraj Yadav of Hotels reception stating when are we going to check out today??????||It felt we were shown the road. I replied to him that the booking was for 3 nights, he in turn said NO Mr., I do not have any rooms here, either choose the sub category room, or leave. I argued that had this been the case, should have told me earlier.||However, fearing the last 2 nights trauma, like no drinking water, food served was cold and stale, No female staff(perhaps because they fear for life too) compelled us to think of our further safety and we, me and wife decided to immediately pack bags and leave for our hometown.||And here we are, thrown out politely, rooms sold at thrice their price, Mr. Greed raj Yadav, along with his staff, grinning and laughing at our helplessness.||This, finally the scores are:||Safety: ||Location: **||Feature of property: only a swimming pool and adulterated wine served.( Bar) they call it.||For couples: 👎||Rooms in Block B on second floor are only saving grace. The Hotel Royal Kingdom is conveniently Located midway between Pilibhit town and Pilibhit Tiger reserve Entry point (Mustafabad) -( 20km distance ) The Resort offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and serves as the perfect base for wild life safari and for discovering the beauty of the region.|| Landscape area , gardens and pool of the property are very well maintained . There was plenty space for car parking. Impeccable Service: Special thanks to Mr Giriraj Yadav and Mr Divesh . The courteous and polite staff members went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs made us feel truly valued as guests.||Exquisite Accommodations: The Royal Kingdom boasts luxurious accommodations with spacious rooms. Our room was elegantly furnished, offering plenty natural light and good views of the surrounding countryside. The plush bedding and immaculate facilities provided the perfect setting for a restful night's sleep.|| The hotel's restaurants served a delectable array of dishes. Each meal was a feast for the senses. Price of food and Alcohol were very reasonable. I am a New Zealand tourist who travelled with mother to Northern India for a wedding and we booked in for 6 nights at Royal Kingdom in Pilibhit. We selected this hotel as a food destination to base ourselves, so we could see the area and be part of the wedding celebrations which were held about 20 km from Royal Kingdom. |The hotel is the best around for miles. You are rurally isolated so ensure you have a car handy. ( the hotel arranged a taxi service for us which was amazingly helpful as we were not prepared for this ) |The grounds were immaculate and the rooms in our wing enormous. |The staff were all friendly and so helpful. I want to highlight the hotel Manager Mr Girraj, and the restaurant/ bar staff Raj Kamal, Harish, Pushpinder and Manoj. They were incredibly polite, providing excellent service and made our stay absolutely wonderful. |Nothing was a problem. We did experience a hot water issue the first morning however they fixed that immediately. |I know the monkeys are a pest but they add to the charm.|Be prepared for wedding celebrations. As foreigners we were thrilled to see the decorations and celebrations happening however I can appreciate that this would not be for everyone’s liking . |The hotel also helped us arrange a tiger tour. |Would definitely stay again if I could !...
