Saffron — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I stayed in Treebo Saffron in Lucknow along with my family. I booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 nights. Overall, stay was not so comfortable. Hotel location is very inside from the main road and Chinhat Tiraha. I had to struggle to reach hotel. Check in was also not so smooth, they took 30 mins to get the room ready. Cleanness was also not up to the mark, there were mosquitos inside the room, one of the room washroom door was not getting closed from the outside and there was water leakage inside the washroom. Intercom was also not functional, basic amenities such as iron, saving kit, water bottle, soap, shampoo, bathing towels, hand towels etc. were not available inside the room and hotel was struggling to arrange it even after multiple calls. They didn't arrange for breakfast buffet, only served limited options as per their choice such as poha, aloo paratha, bread aamlet and tea. I don't...
