Disappointing Stay at Sobti Continental Rudrapur
I'm extremely disappointed to write this review for sobti Continental in Rudrapur, a hotel that came highly recommended by everyone I spoke to. Unfortunately, my experience was a stark contrast to the glowing reviews.
The hotel's services were subpar, and the rooms were not worth the exorbitant price tag. The amenities were basic, and the cleanliness left much to be desired.
For a hotel that claims to be one of the best in Rudrapur, I expected a lot more. The staff seemed disorganized, and the check-in process was slow. It took 4 room changes to finally arrive in a sober room.
Overall, I would not recommend sobti Continental to anyone looking for a comfortable and value-for-money stay in Rudrapur. There are certainly better options available.

Read moreI recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several aspects.
First, the food quality, especially the breakfast, was far below expectations . The variety was limited, and the taste was mediocre at best.
The in-room entertainment was another letdown. The television provided was an old-fashioned model from the 1990s, and it was only 32 inches. In today's standards, one would expect at least a 43-inch UHD TV for a more enjoyable viewing experience.
Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was inconvenient. Only one small gate was open for entry, forcing guests to take a long U-turn, which was both time-consuming and frustrating.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in its amenities and service to justify its pricing and provide a satisfactory experience...
