Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service , Unwelcoming Attitude and Unhygienic Conditions

I regret to say that my stay at this hotel was far below expectations. The service was absolutely subpar, with unprofessional behavior from the staff, particularly the receptionist. Not only was the staff unwelcoming, but it was clear that there was a lack of respect and coordination among the team.

The most disturbing aspect of my visit was witnessing the owner repeatedly yelling and abusing his own staff, which created a very uncomfortable environment. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and contributed to an overall unpleasant experience.

Additionally, the food served was unhygienic and not up to the standards one would expect from any establishment.

I did a booking online 2 weeks prior to checkin. The receptionist Arun told me to cancel the booking and make a booking with payment at hotel as it was a discounted amount. I called on the day of checkin and the receptionist cancelled my booking seeing that the rates are too less. And he's giving the excuse that he can't give the room for so less. He had entire 2 weeks to think about it. But he decided to show the true colours on the last day. Now we need to search for another hotel. Thanks for your help Arun. Really...
