Well I Have Lot To Say.. Raghv Sorry for late writing.

Me and My Dad where in search of good property for my Brother Marriage. As the marriage was fixed on last moment Nov 2024. We had only 2 months in hand. We are from South (Tamilnadu) and My Mother dream was Chote ki shadi Vrindavan Mathura me he hogi. Well we visited Aprox 30+ property in a span of 2 Days. Some of them wr booked , some wr not good , some wr par expensive. Finally At the last moment we visited this place. The Lalita Grand, Next day we had our flight back to Delhi 4th day. 3rd day afternoon we went to this property Dev the guy we met first. In all those 30+ property This was the only property we felt Welcoming, The staff at Front desk OMG Too Good. Seriously Too Good. They came to know we are leaving next day they told us to chek out wr we are staying at vrindavan and made us chk in to there hotel at mathura. Then we meet Raghv over there. The One and only all rounder of the Property. He was what say (No Words) Gem of a Person. The Nicest Guy. We met him , Sat with him for 2-3 hrs told him everything, The Property was in our Budget. He shared his experience, We hand to hand Booked it in a Go. We stayed there for a Night Tasted the Food. He was there for the Next day Our Chk Out , we had to catch the flight from Delhi. All over We booked this Property. At that day itself we had met Event guy and Decor Person. Sachin and Shubam Both wr very experienced and very class persons. We booked photographer of our Owen and Mehndi, Makeup Artist also of our Own.

We thought UP haa Darr haa Like that But Beleive me This Type Of Person and Nicest of all. They all wr Too Good. No Darr , Shaadi Dhoom Dhaam se Huee..

Marriage Day :

Chek In pe thoda Hussel huah Becz Already guest wr checking out of previous booking function was there. But we got Full Property by Noon.

Our Function went Well.

Food was Top Notch, Our guest totally Loved it.

Chai wala Guy was excellent. From Morning to Night till 11 pm he was there serving Hot Tea for 2 Days.

2 Days went like a Rocket.

The Hotel Team was Very well behaved and Staff wr too gentle.

I have no words. My Brother weeding went excellent.

I'll never advice anyone to book this hotel, especially for wedding, my sister chose this hotel for her destination wedding and we really regret our decision. I would have shared the pros and cons but unfortunately there are no such pros except the ambience of the hall. Following are the cons: Their geysers are of no use, we had to take bath with cold water. After repairing it still had lukewarm water. Our guest waited for 2-3 hours for check-in since they did not provide rooms on time. The entire hotel staff lack training, they will provide you drinking water only after 2-3 reminders. The food served to our guest was not hot and on complaining their staff replied that it's cold because of the AC, turn off the AC if you want hot food. This was the reply given to our guest. We booked salon for a day but a room with 4 parlour chair and mirror was provided and no salon service was given, why will a person book salon for chair and mirror. They provided the same leftover sabzi for the next day and few of my guest even had food poisoning after having it. At the time of booking, they promised us to serve tea along with snacks 24*7 to our guest, but tea was served only after 2-3 reminders but no snacks were served. They don't change the bedsheets everyday unless you ask them to. They promised us that their waiters will serve our guest but no such thing happened during the entire wedding, our guest had to do self-service. They want full money in return of poor service, they harassed my dad during the wedding for full payment, he had to arrange it on the wedding day itself. We had asked them to put hamper in all the rooms before the arrival of our guest, even in this simple task they missed some rooms and hamper were given after our...
