Vrinda Anandam Resort — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I visited this resort just few days back with my family. I experience some good and bad points about this resort that I am going to share with you.||||Why Bad?||||First I am going to share my bad experience with this resort. We have advance booking of 2 rooms and reached around 2 pm but they don't have any available rooms and took around 2-3 hours to provide us the same. Even we have paid in advance via GoIbibo but they have not provided us rooms instantly that become big torture for us. ||||And we are not happy with the rooms they have provided us as there are few issues like Flush not working properly, TV does not work at all. They repair next day but it must not happen at all. Also, we want better rooms in the first building that is close to Reception/Main Gate but need to adjust with the one's they provided. ||||Also, there service is not up to the mark. We order for the milk from the restaurant and they provided us without lid/cover and our room is too far away from the restaurant. How you can provide food/drinks without covering them? And there service is bit slow as well. ||||The location of the resort is far away from the city so not good for those who wants to visit temples/market by walk.||||Why Good?||||Their staff learning very fast and never argue. They don't repeat same mistakes again. They provide us spicy food first time but after that they provide us excellent meals.||||Resort is good for those person who loves peaceful atmosphere like me. They installed hangings on the resort walls that produces melodious tinkling even with slightest breeze.||||Morning Buffet there is really good with lot of indian choices like Bread Toast, Chana Bhatura, Allu Parontha, Upma etc.||||So there are some good and some bad about this resort and you can decide as per...

Pathetic place to stay. I stayed in the resort on 11th and 12th October 23. We had booked 3 rooms. They gave us nice spacious rooms in the same tower. The food was also very nice.

Couple of weeks later on the 04th and 05th November weekend, we based on the previous experience booked 3 rooms again but this time the experience was pathetic to say the least. Let me put down the experience.

Rooms were like a 1 BHK Flat. Intercom not working in any of the 3 booked rooms. Electric kettle caught fire the moment my wife switched it on. TV when tried to switch on was not working, I tried to check if wire was loose, I got an electric shock. Food this time was so bad, chapatis were not cleaned after taking out from tandoor. Felt like eating sand particles. When complained about it to reception, they sent someone. He was so arrogant. He said, Zyada problem hai toh room change kar lo.

This resort which claims itself to be a 4 star resort, sells out the room at lower prices as compared to other 4 star properties just to attract customers and then make them fool.

I will never recommend this resort to anyone. Please don't get in the trap just by looking at their lower prices. Your family's life is more important than the saved money. Go for a...

Vrinda Anandam is a perfect place to stay in. It is close to the center and it’s right in the heart of city, so you can walk to everything in vrindavan. It was a 4 day trip but would like to cover all the aspects.

The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast and dinner was excellent and incredibly varied. The resort team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. They are their to help. Most importantly, it's a beautiful downtown resort with nice pool and park to walk in. The price performance ratio is also good.
