Our stay at this property was a complete letdown. We had initially planned to stay for three nights, but the condition of the cottage forced us to leave after just one night. The place was shockingly dirty and didn’t meet even the most basic hygiene standards.

We made a huge mistake by choosing this property. The cottage was extremely unhygienic and clearly not cleaned to basic standards .Though we booked for 3 days, we checked out after just one night because we couldn’t tolerate the conditions.

There were many mosquitoes in the room, and the washroom was stinking and barely usable. Despite multiple requests, we were not provided with basic toiletries like shower gel or shampoo. The towels were filthy, with black stains, looking like they hadn’t been washed after previous use.

The cutlery used to serve food was dirty, and the food itself was very average. There was no intercom in the cottage — for every small need, we had to physically go and look for the staff.

At one point, we saw a large spider and ants in the room. When we requested an insect spray like HIT, someone showed up after an hour with just a broom and said, “Sorry, we don’t have HIT.” This became the standard response — “Sorry, we don’t have.”
