One of the best stay in our trip. On 18th september and 19th september we booked our stay at buddyhikers. But for landslide on the way we couldn't arrive on the 18th september. When we called them to request to change arrival date to 19th they assured us as we booked for 2 days it will be available whenever we will be there. And that's a 5 star behaviour for me. Now when we arrived there it was 10PM 🥹. We didn't expected any dinner as we couldn't inform that we were coming. But then krishna bhai came as a saviour and served us fresh pulao, dal, roti which healed our tiredness. Another 5 ⭐️for krishna bhai. Lets come to the next day of our stay... as we wake up krishna bhai again served his purpose and provided us with delicious aloo paratha and tea, which waked us up to fullest. After breakfast we met our storyteller/homestay owner Madhab bhai, who enchanted us with his stories about kedarnath, badrinath, panch pandava and many more things. He also guided us for vasudhara waterfall trek which we will remeber for life.🫶🏻 At last night we got little chitchat with madhav bhai, krishna bhai. Then Happy bhaiya also joined our adda and uplifted our mood as it's in his name😌. Although it was last day of our trip but it felt like it was first. After exchanging numbers with them we were ready to get to bed and then we saw moon rising from the top of nara mountain🙏🏻 and in the morning when we wake up we saw the moon was ready to set behind the narayana mountain which filled the last piece of our perfect trip. And thanks to buddyhikers for it.🫶🏻 Hope we will meet soon to do some more adventures...
Read moreThe stay, nestled between Mana and Badrinath, offers a clean, spacious, and tranquil environment. It's perfect for those seeking respite from the crowds. Harinder Bhayya and Krishna Ji are always available to assist with any needs, and they're also happy to guide you through local sightseeing and explorations of Mana Village. During my three-day stay, I often indulged in 3-4 cups of tea to combat the cold, and Krishna never hesitated to prepare it. The campfire talks where Harinder Bhayya shared his life stories and stories about Uttarakhand will be cherished memories. Harinder Bhayya's thoughtful gesture of personally dropping me off at the bus station, considering the severe morning cold, made the stay even more memorable. This was undoubtedly the best stay in Badrinath! I wholeheartedly recommend this place...
Read moreWe had booked 3 tents expecting a basic level of service and hospitality, but the experience turned out to be frustrating and far below acceptable standards. • There was absolutely no room service, despite multiple requests — not even for water. • We were charged ₹30 per bottle for 20 Bisleri bottles, yet they weren’t even delivered to our tents, which were barely 15 steps from the kitchen. • The washrooms and showers had muddy water throughout — completely unhygienic and unusable. • Most concerning of all, a bottle of Jameson went missing from our private space, indicating a serious lapse in trust...
