Classic Hill Top Resort, Chamba — Hotel in Uttarakhand

While speaking over the phone with Ms Nisha sales team member his way to speak over the phone with customer regarding about the Chamba Hotel bill view resort was very bad, she had no manners to speak over the phone rudely address by customers today regarding about the upcoming stay at the Uttarakhand Chamba booking.

Including my past stay at the resort about the hotel services was very poor including the electric off numbers of time.

Only hotel location is best but customers providing services is nill and rudely behavior seen by Ms nisha while making hotel book for 3 days for family suites.

I am also a neighbor located in Mahipalpur and Vasant kunj and i will ask to companies directors to revise and implement your services else the time is not far where these bad employments recruiters must spoil all over image of your group of hotel companies specially while making a hotel booking and during hotel stay services which are counter 0.

I am only staying in the hotel and Bookikg the room bcs location is fantastic but all other services including speaking over the phone with customers is very annoying and these all are not acceptable.

Nice hotel. Away from hustle and bustle of the city life. It's very peaceful place and you can discover your inner self. Sit in peace, sip Coffee, Watch the beautiful scenery and live your life to the fullest. The food in the buffet was nice. Also the restaurant was very good. The staff in the hotel were very nice to us and always helped us in the smallest of things. The rooms on first floor and ground floor have balconies are better renovated as compared to the rooms on second floor i.e. the top floor which have no balcony. I would advice you to come here with bat and ball, football or badminton so that you can have a nice time enjoying and don't forget to bring your swimming costumes because even at 1700 metre above the sea level the semi heated pool won't let you stay away from it. Also the gardener is nice and very helpful and gives you a complete tour of the small plantations and forest and also tells you the historical significance of the this place. They even have the pool table/ billiards table along with Table Tennis and Air Hockey table. Also the Spa and Health centre are great source...

We traveled in a group of 14 members including kids mid of June’19:||Pros|—|1. Rooms are big but make sure you book rooms on the ground floor as the rooms open up in the lawn (Premium Rooms)|2.
