It took time to write this review... First of all place and location of the hotel is best not so far not so near from sonprayag traffic. If you need a hotel after returning from kedarnath for resting this is best quiet, beautiful view. We were 4 people we had to stay a night extra in kedarnath and we had booking for the day prior we cancelled our prior booking owner was kind enough to cancel and assured me it was okay. Next day while we came back down from kedarnath it was pretty late to travel to rishikesh which was our next stop. But i took a Chance and asked to reschedule our booking and he was happy to take us up in next day. As an host Sumit and his family are really warm people polite helpful. I was not well they helped me with it too. Place is really beautiful having dinner under the stars and the view early morning is mesmerizing. We were tired so couldn't take more photos managed to post few that i took. I would say again this is the best...

As per my reccomendation and self experince ( stayed 1 night ) before my heli service from phata next day to kedarnath enjoyed , relaxed at this hotel as location of this hotel is between guptkashi and phata ( approx 3-4 kms before from phata ) which is very favorable bcz there is traffic jam by every 30 mins at guptkashi .....next surrondings , enviorment scenic view from this hotel is very awsm ,,,,,,,,owner , staff , and even there pet dog is very loveable .....rooms are neat and clean , hygenic , ........all toiletries , bedsheets e.t.c were very net nd clean ......food is totaly homely style , fresh and afforadable.....i had booked this hotel from mithila travels but my suggestion to all of u is to contact directly to this propert owner .....i had visited this property on 2 nd of june and my nxt night was at kedar so can enjoy only one...
