"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Grand Safari, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my every need.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The service was impeccable, with friendly and knowledgeable staff happy to recommend dishes and answer any questions.

What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the hotel's staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Hotel Grand Safari to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I will definitely be back!

The rooms very way tinier than expected. The ventilation was lacking and not all the rooms had exhaust fans. Room was provided with just one towel and only one dental kit. The only mirror inside the room was inside the washroom. Although the staff was courteous, the service was slow. The location was not that great and there were hardly any restaurants in the vicinity. Also, there was no landline inside the room, which was surprising. But the main issue was actually that the hotel did not have its own restaurant. We had chosen a breakfast-inclusive package and upon checking in I realised they get their food from a restaurant more than 2km away. So the complimentary breakfast was not a buffet, rather an option to choose 2 out of 6 items from their breakfast menu, which they had to fetch from the restaurant. This was really pathetic and made the experience worse. No complaints with the staff behaviour though. But for the price the room quality was...

One of the standout features of Hotel Grand Safari is the dining experience. The on-site restaurant offered a very good variety of delicious dishes!! The staff was always available to provide recommendations and assist with any requests, making sure every guest feels well taken care of.
