Hotel Le Meadows , Pipalkoti — Hotel in Uttarakhand

It's not a very old property. We wanted to book GMVN but was full so we had to look through google to find this place which I am so glad to have found it because the service was heart touching. Found 1 no. thru internet n then thru another finally was lucky to get thru to col. dabral who is the owner of the place why I say that because of me being handicap needed to make sure of few things so spoke to him and he was so kind to understand my needs he went to the extent of putting a jet spray in the bathroom specially, he said "mam we have few steps to the nearest room we can give you as per your requirement, but don't worry our staff will pick you up n take u how many ever times" he suggested a few properties around if I wanted to consider. being a businessman he did not need to do so but he thought of my needs to be imp: ).we made sure we went to his hotel n it was a very comfortable stay I was helped by all staff to get up n down the stairs. The room was big, clean n had a view of the farm and the hills. We were there by late afternoon so had the chance to see the sunset from the room. The food was ok. But we had to spend only 1 night on our way to rishikesh so did not get much time to explore as we were told there is lot of adventures one can participate in like trekking etc. I would suggest this place only, if ever asked. And also I don't think there are many hotels in...

I have been visiting Hotel Le Meadows for along time now and my experience have been beautiful. The LOCATION aptly suffices to accommodate with the altitude which becomes a problem if one travels to Badrinath or Joshimath, it bridges the distance with the tourist places within few hours thus making it a perfect location to stay at without compromising health and travel. In addition to that the market is nearly hence making it easier to fulfil personal requirements. Hospital and Police Station are at close proximity therefore making it convenient for safety.

The hotel is beautifully constructed, provides with a serene environment in umpteently spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. You’ll be provided with scrumptious food of choice along with providing the taste of the region too. It clubs together the experience of variety of cuisines along with harbouring the knowledge and awareness of the rich culture of state of Uttarakhand in particularly that of Garhwal. The hospitality is amicable as-well as professional, they are available for service throughout your stay, and, make your experience easy and hassle free. The owners too are very approachable and hospitable.

Yes, I accept that we should not expect too much from a place as tucked into the wilderness as this is. But honestly, the owner seems to have left this property in the hands of inexperienced young boys who don't really know how to run it. The rooms are not cleaned properly, the towels are overused, there are beetles and spiders all over, the toilet leaked all over the floor ...and this was the best room in the place. They switch on the geyser when you get into the room, and the TV does not work because they pay for the cable connection on a daily basis ! Food is very ordinary and one look at the passage to the kitchen and you would not eat there. There is left over food kept in the passage and the staff sleeps in the dining hall so when you get up early there is no one really to help. The maintenance is very poor and the walls are dirty and the linen looks unclean. There is hardly any service and one cant even get any ice as the fridge does not really work ! There is no iron as it was not " issued " to the staff to use !||All in all a very tardy place ..though it is a place where you find a roof over your head on the journey to...
