I recently had the pleasure of staying at Laxmi Villas Inn and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality.

The ambiance of the hotel is simply breathtaking, with lush greenery surrounding the property and a serene atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The rooms are elegantly decorated and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable haven after a long day of exploring.

From the front desk staff who were always available to assist with any inquiries, to the housekeeping team who kept my room spotless throughout my stay, their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable.

I am giving 1 star rating just because I have no choice to give any number below it. Never plan to stay this horrible hotel claiming the bundle of amenities. First of all the hotel is 1.2 KM off the main road and approach road is very painful. We had a group of 20 people and there is no way to take traveller on this road, although the manager arranged a old condemned Alto to pick up and drop us from the main road, a single trip took around 15 min and a group of 20 took 75 min to reach the main road. On arriving the hotel manager inspite of welcoming us he asked for the balance payment On asking about complimentary mineral water bottle he said we can't provide this. They just put some sugar and coffee pouches openly to make coffee but the kettle was soiled like someone stayed earlier used it to cook food. Rooms are dirty enough and toilets are just average. Plaster was Breakfast provided was hopeless (sorry to use this word for food) Only 2 staff members were there to manage the entire hotel. Lobby area was dirty. They just put some stone artifects to make garden area beautiful but there was no symmetry or combination in the whole premises. They just converted a old house in to a hotel without a vision. I have several more complaints but not enough words to explain my pain. Never belive on 4.6 star rating as they are arranging these reviews from...

We took balcony rooms with jacuzzi which was 10k per day , which was not worth at all ! Firstly check in time was 12 pm , we reached 12.30 still we were made to wait for half an hour more , as rooms were not ready . No AC rooms , we were expecting ki Ac to hoga hi in 10 k room , dats why did not asked for it while booking . As mussorie in not that cool now ki ac need na ho . We ordered our lunch in our room . But could not even eat properly as there were so many flies (Makhi ) in the room all were sitting on our food ! Wahi mood off hogya I mean we paid 10 k for flies ?? ? Moreover they took all balance money on reaching so uske bad hum kr b kya sakte the ??

On complaining about flies , they sprayed and said ki mausam hi aisa hay ! Wow

N the location ! It was so scary reaching the resort . And night mein nikalna hi bohot dangerous hai , as main road ke bohot ander jaate hai . One day we gone to Mall Road from there next day to night m Nikalne ki Himmat ni hui with kids !

There was no play area for kids no activities ? Only swimming pool was there . I mean Kis cheej ka charge hua h .
