hotel mount view annexy — Hotel in Uttarakhand

Imagine the service of a Hotel with only 2-3 Rude staff, who are themselves the receptionist, also the chef, also does room service and also the bellboy.||When asked for few whiskey glasses in the room, they straight away denied.||||Kitchen Service is pathetic. They only serve lunch & dinner. They do not take any orders even in the day time cz they don't have full time kitchen staff.||Our dinner was included in the package and on day one of our stay, we were served dinner at around 10 pm. Imagine with small kids you getting served so late. We were waiting for it since 8pm and after 5-6 times reminder and requests, finally it was served by 10 pm.||||Rooms are small and very average. No walking space at all. They have stuffed unnecessary furnitures in the small rooms. Don't get fooled like us seeing good photographic skilled pictures of rooms on internet.||||We were a group of 9 people with 3-4 toddlers and were given rooms on the second floor, At the time of checkout, the guy who was sitting on the reception on day one, came as a bellboy and said he alone cannot take all the luggage down and he said rudely, you guys will have to help to get your luggage down.||||We had our worst two nights stay in this hotel.||||Attaching photos taken from the terrace of the hotel just a proof...

We were there for Auli during february 2019. Perfect hotel for people looking to stay in Joshimath. Bang in the middle of city still lovely views of lofty mountains and city alike. Market is walking distance, lots of eateries, pharmacies, ATMs and Shops around. Cable car station is just 10 minute walk. Ahh for the pilgrims coming to Badrinath, manager told us the hotel is favorite among pilgrims as the Shankaracharya math (seat of Shankaracharya) is just behind the hotel and evening arti bells can be heard which soothes the atmosphere.||||They even arrange a taxi for you if you ask them nicely. Friendly staff. ||||Side note : Auli is best ski resort in country with national and international games happening year after year. Think of cable car Gondolas going up and down on snowy mountains, Ski lifts, Chair lifts, Snow beaters to prepare slope ideal for sports, Artificial snow making machines, seems like Switzerland, ahh its our India and yes we do have a proper Ski Resort in country. I felt proud of it when...

Easily the most tragic experience for me. So we reached the hotel in the evening and were greeted by 3 staff members who were not wearing any masks, did not have sanitizers with them and did not bother checking body temperature. Inspite of asking multiple times..sorry, inspite of begging multiple times, they did not give us toilet tissues, water bottles, clean bed sheets or heaters. Well heaters would have been useless anyway since we did not have any electricity in the hotel throughout the night. You can imagine staying in a place with freezing temperatures with no heater and no hot water. The staff can't even help because apparently the electrician can't figure out what the problem is. Sorry forgot to mention the bedsheets which had all kinds of stains... including blood. We unfortunately had to spend the night in this mess as we couldn't find any rooms in the nearby hotels. Would advice future visitors to sleep in their cars rather than suffering mount...
