It is supplemented by the best service, which is warm, attentive, thoughtful, and very efficient with great attention to detail and hygiene. The food is outstanding with care taken not to repeat any cuisine unless asked for. The enthusiastic team ensures you experience the best hospitality and make the most of the varied locations at the estate to enjoy unique moments and the local produce from their farm. The estate is well maintained, with well-manicured lawns, and beautiful flowers.||The views are just mesmerizing, for 3 days we were blessed to get a clear view of the Mighty Himalayas and just couldn’t stop appreciating the snowcapped mountains. We booked the Kaudia Estate from Nov 29- Dec 3 and this has been the best holiday ever ! It easy to reach from Dehradun, a lovely drive of 3 hrs to the estate . The Estate has 3 cottages and we were in Wood Rose cottage ! What an experience !!! You can see the snow capped Himalayan range in its full glory ! The view is breathtaking ! The staff is excellent , Rajender and his team of boys Shubham , Kapil. Amrit and Anil all took such great care of us ! The breakfast and lunches were in the lawn with the Himalayan range as the backdrop !!! We were in heaven ! Crisp fresh air , beautiful landscape and excellent home cooked meals with local fresh produce , some grown in the estate itself ! Will be hard to find another home stay like this one ! The dinner were so dreamy with barbecues and bonfire ! We went for lovely first treks and village walks . It’s been the most relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. I recommend all to experience this home stay at least once ! We all can’t wait...

Fabulous is an understatement. Unknown terrains, Cedar & Deodar Forest, and the mighty Himalayan Range to seduce your senses, life is nothing less than perfect. Hidden amist uninterrupted views lies the luxurious @kaudialuxury . Located at an elevation of 7300ft, tranquility is the other name of this place. The property sees three beautifully designed villas- Cedarwood, Rosewood, Baywood, each having three rooms that have been artistically done, along with common lounge, a deck. A delight for Instagrammers, each corner of the estate has been very esthetically taken care. Flowers galore, some that are grown wildly and some curated beautifully with pretty benches nearby to sit, adore and pose.
