Live on Dhn496 — Hotel in Uttarakhand

We would like to inform you the inconvenience we have gone through in one of our recent booking ie on 14 July19 in Hotel Prem Ratan Dehradun.

What happened was I booked Hotel Prem Ratan for 2days 14 -15July on my wife's bdy.

I called the hotel for some room decoration and aksed them to arrange a nice bdy cake for my wife which they have agreed with some extra charge and I was pretty ok with their response.

But unfortunately due to heavy rains our train got delayed and we reached dehradun at 11:00 pm and reached hotel around 11:30pm on the date of our booking.

And to my utmost surprise and shock the person at the reception was drunk.Also there were group of men shouting and screamings and when we inquired about this then person at the reception said they were his friends enjoying cricket match.My wife was lil terrified and asked me to go somewhere else but it was raining heavily outside and a female by my side I didn't feel right to go to some other place.

Again next day when in the night around 10pm when we were coming to our room from the market then also group of men were drinking at the dinner area.

The whole ambience of the hotel was uncomfortable for me and my wife. Neither she was feeling safe nor comfortable.

Guys we have earlier booked hotel from OYO and whenever we had unconvince you get that resolved.

This time also with same expectation from OYO team we had made the said booking but our our experience was altogether different which is not acceptable from that person who was at the reception.

We expect if we booked any hotel from OYO then must be having a very good experience in a professional way but your this hotel "Hotel Prem Ratan" is not up to the mark on it's professionalism.

Atlast I just wanna say this is my honest feedback and being a valuable client of yours I hope after this feedback you and your team will definitely act upon this inconvenience faced by my...

I went for a biz trip and without much survey i had to book this hotel. understand that we canot expect a 5*service from budget hotel but still a little courtesy and on time service is what we were looking for||for an extra bed we had to give reminders and finally at 10:30 i loose my temper reason stated were due to a party gng on peoples are busy.||when we asked for clean glasses in room again the same reason no glasses since all are at party only.,this time not persons but glasses🤣||Multiple reminders for small things no basic service or courtesy.||the blanket and sheet they bring for extra bed was torn and untidy ||Strict NO...

Though it's a newly built hotel, it has a few issues. First issue there's this fire alarm sensor that is beeping 24hours. Very disturbing. The locality of this hotel is not good. |Hotel is new, so room was nice and cozy. Bathroom was good too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel has good parking space in case ur self driving. Breakfast was Oyo standard, limited but decent. If they fix d beeping problem,it can be a good budget hotel. Won't say it's a prime location, u have to travel a lot for sight...
