Mountain Bird Resort — Hotel in Uttarakhand

This resort/ hotel might not be widespread in circuits…||But trust your reviewer (that's me 😉) You can choose this hotel for stay...||If you are in the mountains, what do you want most?|Clean room, clean bathroom, geyser in the bathroom (not restricted by owner), |electric kettle in each room (no running after kitchen staff)||Great views from the hotel... One small lawn (good for having morning tea) |Yamuna River at the back- superb view|One cute friendly dog|And sufficient courteous staff… (unlike few hotels where I have seen the same 2-3 staff handling housekeeping and restaurant jobs)||The travel agent booked this hotel for me...!! Breakfast, tea, bottled water, and dinner were included in that, and staff were promptly calling you in for meals when it was due...! A small dedicated room is there for having the meal (buffet)||Location- like 5 minutes’ drive from Barkot main market||Overall...

Overall...

Very bad services No respect for the travellers The owner has a negetive attitude We were tired , as we travelled long hours of journey When we entered the room , we were not satisfied with the room . They told us to give us mountain cottage rooms which were like the 1200/- dharamshala's room And even it costs 1200/- we paid them 6000/- And when our mood was upset with the room we called the owner to change our rooms But instead he shouted on us for saying "the room was not up to the mark " Then the argument was going to convert into a fight , the owner also said things like " i won't let you sleep in my rooms" THIS WAS VERY RUDE AND HE ALSO STARTED ABUSING IN FRONT OF OUR KIDS. And yea for all the travellers traveling this hotel , really not recommended Plz avoid this one better go to Camp Nirvana it's cheaper...
