NAINA BIRD RESORT — Hotel in Uttarakhand

The nature beauty is awesome but my recent experience was pathetic. Its a newly build good resort but the in charge person is not man of his word. They will promise you kheer but will serve you rice with milk.

Service was the worst part as everything was finished will you are doing lunch and breakfast.

The only good thing about this place is the mountain view. The food is average for the usual items included in the package, any special food requests may not taste as expected. No activities to do, other then hiking around in the nearby mountains. The route to the resort is not so smooth and is mostly a single vehicle road, so traffic jams are inevitable. Mha gande, log h ye specially Hemant manager and owner of the property. Paise k bhukhe kutte h, use all unethical practices for money. Don't go there for wasting your money and time. They disrespect guests. No honor in their service. When you ask for correction they abuse and disrespect. Shameful people. They don't know ABC of service industry. Females are not safe here.
