Hotel and facilities are ok. But better to call and confirm booking in advance. They do not take Oyo booking though it's an Oyo Hotel and Oyo customer care also doesn't support in that case.
It's an Oyo hotel and after confirming Oyo booking, it was not ready to give rooms as per Oyo confirmation, and asked to book again directly at hotel itself, without Oyo and that too at higher prices. And all this was happening at 4am in shivering cold, when customer do not have other options available... Also, in night time, it's difficult to identify the reception area to contact, reception is inside the 1st room, which is closed in night, which looks similar to all other rooms, no signboard of reception... For all price related confirmation, reception guy calls main person which takes time... You have to ask explicitly to provide toiletries... It's difficult to get extra blankets even in shivering cold... They try not to provide any extra things.
