A Perfect Stay – Exceptional Hospitality & Personalized Service We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful resort with my family for two nights, starting January 31, 2025, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—smooth check-in, well-maintained rooms, and an ambiance that exudes comfort and warmth. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality and personalized service by every team member. The F&B team ensured our dining experience was nothing short of outstanding, offering great attention to detail during breakfast and dinner. It was heartening to see the chef personally overseeing buffet operations in the restaurant, ensuring every guest was well taken care of. A special thank you to Mr. Lalit, who went the extra mile to arrange a last-minute surprise for my wife’s birthday, making the occasion truly special. Kudos to Mr. Arun for leading the team so well and ensuring a flawless dining experience. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the senior management for their commitment to training and aligning the team towards delivering top-notch service. Recently I stayed in this property and my overall experience was below average I will never recommend this property to anyone who gives preference to service and room. Pros-: Only Location (Very near to Dehla Gate) Cons- Arrogant front desk staff amd specially the GM Dhaneshwar who just igroners your feedback or references. Rooms are not good at all. I booked luxury cottage and I requested for the cottages that are on 1st floor still they gave us the ground floor one. Problems-: It was stinking badly and when we asked for the room freshner they did nt provide the same. When we asked for room change they refused. Problem 2nd - Door bell was not working Problem 3- lots of mosquitoes were there. Problem 4- There was no privacy at all. Problem 5-: Room refrigerator does not work we had to keep out beverages in Restaurent kitchen freezer. Problem6-: Guest played loud Music till 3Am disturbed other guests. Problem 7-: Swimming pool was dirty even the water was not treated properly. Problem 8-: No AC in cottage sofa room which makes it utility to zero. They do MAZAAK on the name of Hi- Tea, will offer you Thele wale pakode with tapri waale biscuits.

Parking is small on 100 percnt occupancy you wont be able to park your car inside the premises.

His leadership ensured that every guest felt valued, and his team went above and beyond to meet our needs.

Front Office Associate, Mr. SAVNER deserves praise for his warm and professional demeanor. He welcomed us with great enthusiasm and was always ready to assist with any queries or requests, making our stay even more enjoyable.
