Beautifully designed , two types of dwelling Cottages and Machans surrounded by one side with paddy feild and another side actually the wall of Jim Corbett park over looking the dense forest. Inside the beautiful campus are, rare plants like, clove, tejpatta, shahtoot ( green and red ) variety of bamboo trees black and yellow, lemon grass and many other plants we normally don't see. You may also see beautiful birds .The walking path gives you as you are walking in a jungle. The beauty is that you are living in a jungle yet safe with a feeling of calmness, tranquility and full of energy. The place takes you to the highest level of energy.
