It's a lovely location, cut away from the main Bhimtaal area. Perfect for 4-6 people (Couples, friends or families) who want to spend sometime surrounded by greenery. For 'Lord of the Ring' lovers or even quaint-home-lovers...its a small and sweet space, self-sustained, where you can even choose to cook a small meal yourself. When I entered the home I was in for a surprise when I had to discover the rooms. :) The host is good, responsive and the small support system and staff are helpful and live within the same village. It has a small sit out, to spend time outdoors facing the hills. And a small fireplace and reading area inside with a little kitchen. And two lovely rooms with small lofts with attached bathrooms. Perfect for a cool season or a wintery cold one! especially if you want some time away from the world to read...

What a beautiful experience staying at this cute little hobbit house! Our stay was excellent, from interacting with the owner to the service by the staff - everything was spot on. Loved the food provided by Shyam, the caretaker / cook! The beds and the washrooms were clean and hygienic. Location was excellent, probably one of my favourite locations in and around the Bhimtal area. Situated right next to the stream, we would either spend hours sitting by the stream or go for a hike into the forest nearby. 100%...
