Rudra Camp Chopta — Hotel in Uttarakhand

We stayed there on 26th and 27th March, 2024 with group of 21 girls,,, we have booked 5 tents but when we visited they tried to give us 3tents and 2small cottage. But we changed and take 5 tents after discussing between us and tent owners. Then they denied to carry our luggage. And after sometime we noticed one of our tent had a big hole, and in that chilled whether we couldn't stay and requested to change it,, but they denied again and behaved very rudely, and told us " Nikal Jaao" .. they even raised their voice on us. And after so many arguments they gave us a tent on another property which one 10mins walking distance. At 10pm we faced so many difficulties,, We can consider everything but we can't consider the behaviour we have received.. We have not received this bad and rude behaviour from any Homestay/ tent...

Starting with the tents quality, one of our tents was torn partly which when told to be replaced the manager blamed us for not checking the tent when we entered. Charging points were not working in most of our tents. Cleaning of the tents were also not done properly. Coming to the worst part was the behaviour of the people owning and working here. When the torn tent was told to be replaced the people started shouting at us and giving all illogical explanations. When told to help us carry our luggages, our concerns were ignored. People here did not even answer properly to any of our queries. Their behaviour was rude and disrespectful even during normal conversations. Do not recommend this at all. You will find far better tents at a far better location with well behaved owners in...

First of all, their good rating in google has no match with the reality. There is not a single good thing to mention. We spent a horrible day at this campsite. We were a group of girls and they started misbehaving as soon as we reached there. They denied to carry our luggages. Didn't provide hot water to get freshen up. One of our tents was torned and when we asked to replace they denied to do so. All the staffs were drunk and started arguing and at 10pm they told us to leave their camp. There was no charging point in the tents. Few mobile charging points were available in the dining. That too they removed our mobiles from charger just after 10 15 mins without taking permission. Food was pathetic. Beds were not cleaned. Location wasn't good. Worst...
