Sterling Nainital — Hotel in Uttarakhand

We stayed at Sterling Nainital after our long journey in uttrakhand and this has been one of my best experiences. We stayed here for around 6 days of which we explored nanital for 4 days and spent 2 days at leisure.

The staff here is very polite and entertains your small small requests (not all hotels do that )

Food here is super healthy and tasty and again the restaurant staff is also very polite and provides quality service. Restaurant manager Mr. Manoj provided his great help with food recommendations and also offered us good discounts during our stay.

The reception is also quite good. When I visited the hotel for the first time the receptionist (Ms. Yjung) helped me to make payment to my cab when I didn't have a network on my phone. The reception team also helped me to extend my checkout time since the checkout time here is 10am however my bus to delhi was scheduled for 7pm in the evening.

The view from hotel rooms is great (that too for all rooms). It's a mountain view and when it becomes cold and Foggy it looks super-beautiful.

Rooms have all the basics like cupboard, freezer, tea maker, heater, toothbrushes/paste, towels and hot water in the washroom, Rooms are pretty big - even the base room is very big. All rooms do have a balcony with chairs. They also have a dining table with sofa/chairs , Study table in case you're planning to work from here, Even though it's not required they do have AC too.

Other facilities which i noticed were - parking facility and big waiting area, Travel desk which will help you to plan your trip while you are here, Laundry service, Activities centre with games and spa facility.

Hotel lobby is very specious and beautiful.

The room was neat & good. They have provided almost all facilities in room.

The room allotted to us had an amazing view of the mountains.

Food was delicious and tasty. Break fast & dinner everything they serve was tasty.

All Staffs are very polite and always provide quick service.

Restaurant manager and staff are very helpful and always available for your service.

They always take care of your child's food.

Apart from that, usually someone or other is there to greet you as soon as you leave the room. Sometimes they just say “hi" or "namaste" and sometimes they try to get some details to make your stay a memorable one. They understand that their customers are not there just for a stay but it's their once-in-a-lifetime sort experience, so they do give more importance about it.

Overall an amazing property without a doubt and no one can get near the hospitality of Sterling. They’re so well trained to help you with any request you throw at them. It was indeed a memorable stay, yet, it’s a touristy place, both the hotel and the location outside the hotel...

Sterling resort Nanital is well located ! Has serene mountain view! Regarding services , Excellent service rendered by friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 16 th March through 20 th March . The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there,found the Reception Staff very friendly& obliging. Special thanks to Mr kovid & Mrs Hema for impeccable service and hospitality .Staff did outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the breakfast buffets and our other meals served were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varities.
