Super Hotel O Awas Vikas Near Bus Stand formerly Hotel Rivera — Hotel in Uttarakhand

My wife has delivered a baby girl on 08/03/2020 at futela hospital rudrapur and i' ve checked in at hotel rivierra nainital road rudrapur on 09/03/2020 in between 6:30-7:00 pm. Today, ie, on 10/03/2020, i came to hospital early in the morning and when came back in the afternoon, the main gate was closed and it took half an hour to open the gate and then i went to my room. At midnight, when i reached at hotel ataround 11:45 pm, again the min gate was closed and i made 14 calls to the reception and the number provided in the signboard but nobody responded.My luggage is lying inside my room no 103 in which my insulin amd other medicines are kept as i am diabetes patient. The hotel staff has not at all responded. If something happens to me in the night then it will be the sole responsibility of the hotel. Kindly impound huge penalties or even cancellation of the registration of the hotel as this kind of service is life threatening for...

Not suitable for over night stay specially with family. We stayed for couple of hours as we just needed to get fresh and change clothes. Else we would have moved out even after paying money.

No proper Toiletories. Just One towel and soap provided on request. No complimentary water. Dirty Bed sheets, Pillow covers Lift not working. Had to climb 2 floors with luggage Only one socket board in every room (we visited multiple rooms before deciding on one) Major socket boards either burnt or damaged Toilets getting highly unhygienic after just one use TV not working Geysor switch way above mirror. Worst hotel during my entire trip...manager is so rude and arrogant...service is very poor..during checkout they create a rude argument with each and every customer..whole staff is so arrogant ..they can't pick up call at reception and for room service also..even after finding no one is found during checkout and main gate is locked...pathetic hotel and services.they alot room to customer at second floor and denied to take back bags during checkout.and denied gate opening before 10 am..worst hotel...
