I wil not even give 1 star to Tattva resort. First I want to start with the sales manager of this resort who is very shameless human by heart and was very rude to me on call At the time of booking she was showing herself very polite but at time I reach Tattva resort and I want to stay for only 1 night as per my forward plans that person talk to me so rudely and demanded huge amount of 1 nights from me. Which I talk to her that I want stay for only 1 night but she shouted to me on phone and told me that mam u want for 2 nights a month ago but now u canât change ur plan and demented rudely for 21000 for 2 nights from which I already paid 10500 a month ago as a pre booking . Me and and my husband told her that ok we are ready to pay u 5000 more which is a loss for us but ok we will pay you without staying for more than 1 day but same time she was soooo rude and talked very shamelessly with me as well as my husband that we got so upset with her behaviour and we immediately left this hotel without staying for even 1 night for which i already paid them 10500 a month before. That is what this Tattva policy is about which she herself and front manager told us very badly and we had a loss of huge amount as a middle class family who just came from Kedarnath Darshan and was proceeding towards Badrinath Darshan. Very shameful Tattva resort who canât even take their respect there guest and even not gave me a glass of water when I asked the front desk person at the time I had so much conversation with them. Please please itâs a request humble request for everyone to not waste ur money in this resort. My hard earned was wasted by them. And a very bad memory got attached to my chardham Darshan this time đwhich I will never forget in my life .I hope this will not happened again with anyone else. Do not book in this shameless...

I recently stayed at The Tattava Boutique Resort in Joshimath from June 14th to June 15th, and I was quite disappointed with my experience. Here are the main issues I encountered:
Rooms: The room was too small even though we booked the largest available single room. While cleanliness was good and the room was not dirty, the lock was not working, and there were cracks in the partition and even in the gate. Additionally, when I visited, Joshimath was very hot, and the property lacked air conditioning, which made our stay uncomfortable.
Customer Service: The staff was not very helpful or friendly. They were slow to respond and not very welcoming.
Buffet: The breakfast buffet was small and not up to the mark given the price.
Overall Experience: Overall, my stay did not meet my expectations. I tried to address these issues with the management, but their response was not satisfactory.
While the resort has potential, these issues need to be addressed to improve the guest experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
I would not recommend this hotel to others...
