Wild Exotica Resort Corbett Unit of 3Tree Hotels & Resorts — Hotel in Uttarakhand

The moment we reached he gave us the room right at the entrance which i don't think is we asked for. We requested for a change at the reception he agreed to it. he told that the room is getting ready after sometime we can shift .later he told the people have gone who would help us shift. The washroom taps had malfunction they were not running properly and rather wash basin taps were broken. The next day we were shifted late morning to the fresh room. We asked for wifi password but we never got it till the stay was over. At the reception we asked and were told to go back to the room the boy would help us connect who never came. Later yesterday date:16 th April ,2023 we asked the concerned person to keep the pool ready by 8 in the morning. To my suprise the pool was being ready and till 8:30 we waited after which we were told to wait for 15 min more mins for the filteraion to happen and at 9:10 we went we were told the pool isn't functional. The experience has been so pathetic which completely destroyed our mood to even have breakfast we didn't eat that too. We had to frequently follow up for the wifi,room ,swimming pool. I don't expect this kind of service after paying 32000 (8000) per night I don't understand if your property should function that way keeping the customers totally disatisifed . We came with alot of expectations and experience but all in vain.

Since I have had a bad experience with you all i am going to surely tell people with the kind of services i was given. This is not what i expected of 8000 per night. The bad experiences we kept having we didn't have last night dinner nor the breakfast. Pathetic with the bathroom fittings broken and...

Slightly below average. The property did win some accolades from trip advisor but that was way back in 2013. Since then i dont think they ever won anything. .

There are three kinds of rooms- deluxe, super deluxe and cottages. Only difference between super deluxe and deluxe is that super deluxe is on 2 nd floor and has wooden ceiling.rest everything from room size to the smell of dampness to the quality of furnishings toleteries etc is same. The cottages i couldn't see so cant review

The place has not been maintained well. Rooms are damp and facilities are poor.It seems that they re using the same furnishings for years and not investing in new sets of bedsheets and towels regularly. Bedsheets ,towels and other furnishings were dirty and also had stains. The bathrooms are not properly cleaned and commode has stains in them.doesnt give a hygienic feeling. The air conditioners are poor and dilapidated and temperature control remotes dont work they way you expect them.to switch on or off the ac it takes multiple attempts at the power button.

Since the rooms are all in a line in one long train like building,voices carry far and you can hear what is happening in the next room if you are in The balcony.

The buffet breakfast is not worth it. There is no live counter and you cant even get omelette. Only three indian options were available. Allo poori, sambar uttapam and semolina, no sausages or parathas or chole bahture etc.

The location of this resort is nearby of Sitabani forest and Dhikuli area. You will get auto Ricksaws to reach Jim Corbett entry gate. From the entry gate you can avail the forest jeep. This resort also provides Jeep for Jim Corbett visit. But talk to them in well advance before you reach there. Because, to visit the Jim Corbett you must need entry pass (limited), a reserved Jeep and a guide. The Koshi river is back side of this resort in a walking distance. You will love to walk on the way to the river, if you are a nature lover. You will see the view of the Sitabani forest from river side. Local people say if someone is lucky may see animals any time. But definitely you will see different types of birds. This resort provides a guide for group walking for their stayers. Foods are good if you are a vegetarian. For non vegetarians, options are limited. But the resort's restaurant is awesome in terms of looks and environment. Buffet meals are available. You will love to enjoy the massive garden and swimming pool in day or night. There are many free and paid activities available like cycling, indoor sports, some outdoor sports.
