Flagship 75303 Rajodi Beach Resort — Hotel in Vasai-Virar

Worst resort ever. The tie up with OYO is the most pathetic thing. The staffs are very unprofessional and very rude. No proper amenities like no telephone in the room to call the room service. No doormat near washroom. No wifi as well. Even after booking the room via Oyo app we were told that there's no room available. After long argument we got the room which was below standard. Also the Oyo agent on phone told us that the water park is complimentary with the package but when we reached the place we were asked to pay extra for the water rides. At every step we were cheated by Oyo as well as by the Resort. Even though we had opted for breakfast while booking the room, we were again asked to pay for breakfast as OYO had not paid the resort. It was a big insult for us to be denied for food in front of everyone. For everything, the guys asked us to call OYO customer care. Our entire vacation was spoiler by this pathetic experience. Oyo will never be Airbnb. Airbnb...

Hate this place. Seriously the place looks beautiful rooms are quite good, but whats being good when the staffs are so careless and lazy. At the time of check-in we waited for almost 30 minutes to get our room clean. And that too half they didn't offer us banklet and bedsheets, so i asked for it. Thank god!! They gave me after scolding 3 to 4 times. And the worst nightmare was food. We ordered food at 9.30 and our order was pending for an hour. We went downstairs to check with food maker and guess what he slept. What an surprise 👏🏼 then the other staffs present there was having food and chillin with there beers. We asked them for our order, they said to wait as they were calling the one who took our order and after waiting for more then 30 minutes the staff said he is not picking up the call sorry. We slept hungry whole night. Thank you Rojodi Beach Resort for giving such a great service. Will never recommend any...

Ambience is very beautiful. I visit here for overnight picnic with colleagues. Pool, rooms, food and dining hall is good and maintained. But the staff is not even average. 2/5 for them. 2is bcz of the good food they provide and for the cleaning. You'll stay hungry all the night if you need food. We had ordered food at 9:30 (chicken thali) twice we had to call him and he said ya it will come very soon. And it was almost 10:45 but food didn't arrive. When we tried calling him he did not receive the call. Then we went down to the reception these guys made us wait 40 more minutes saying that he locked the kitchen and went he might have forgotten. And he really didn't even pickup their call. No msg they gave us. And we then gave up and shouted at them that will he arrive or should we go now let us know clearly.
