Hotel Hill View Lodging & Boarding — Hotel in Vasai-Virar

Hotel was not cleaned spider webs are observed at corners even in reception area as well (See photos). I checked with hotel for tariff/price and asked them to provide early check-in and what are the charges I need to pay if book with travel agent or book Directly, they don't have any offer whether we book directly or through travel agents, early check-in charges to be paid by guest in both case. However, i booked the hotel through Goibibo which offered some discount on booking. Hotel has charged Rs. 1000 extra during early check-in at 05:50 AM and even though I have to leave by 08:00 AM. It was a one night stay with early check-in, when I asked for the bill of early check-in, receptionist was demanding for extra amount of GST which was not discussed earlier. It was not an issue in paying GST but my question is why they did not disclose the same during check-in and their reply was it's responsibilities of guests to ask about any charges not hotelier. I just told, there are many hotels who do not charge GST upto room tariff of Rs. 1000 and I was in same impression but they were not ready to listen the concern of guests and not ready for apologies. I contacted the owner of the hotel who hanged up my call when I asked him about the same. Hotelier must discuss the charges, terms and conditions with guest while on boarding. Not happy with the behaviour of staff. Hotel does not provide even any carry bag or loundry bag.

When I order food without panner they gave panner item. Then it was changed that too was shahi panner gravy. (Pure vegan was expected)

Delivery of food was not on time. (In less customer at time of order placed)

Boring music in background (people come for inner peace)

Water was not served on time I went to waiter to bring water on table.

In family room alcohol should not be part of it. Or else they should have separate compartment for it but all in one place. (My kids were asking father we need that drink) how horrible was to explain them

Truly abhinandan. Price is not issue but service is worst then the stall foods every time you need to go and ask them.

I was here to stay just for one night as my farm house maintenance work was in progress as checked on reception receptionist name chandan Kumar said WiFi tv services etc available but when I called him that WiFi is not working kindly fix it as my internet was also not working he said no sir we can't do and it's written on reception that WiFi and technical problem cannot be solved as per chandan kumar words but it wasn't written anywhere only thing was written on reception was visitors not allowed chandan kumar was very rude and ungrateful towards services with such experience I would recommend that will never come here and would recommend to others also not to come... bedsheet was used dust on it hairs everywhere I have clicked photo's of that bedsheet asked them to change Chandan Kumar said no sir House keeping service...
