Muziris Harbour View — Hotel in Vypin

we had a friends get together in this place, thou we had so many other option in Cherai, we finally ended up choosing this place looking at the pictures in google map, which I must say ended up to be the wisest decision we made. The place is little off the sea shore, but faces the backwaters, which is a sight to enjoy, no one bothers your privacy.

The property is well maintained, it has 3 large clean rooms provided with necessary toiletries , kitchen with stove, washing machine, and refrigerator, and a spacious dining area.

Mr. Girish the owner was good and polite man, organized it all well, that we didn't feel like going out anywhere else.

Food ordered through Mr. Girish was awesome home made dishes, which was really very tasty and tummy friendly. those chechi's who made the food were so kind and were on time bringing them to the premises.

Its a 100% no regret get together place. and instead of going out and eating in restaurants order food through Mr.Girish, you'll enjoy them, because its homemade and safe.

one drawback we faced was getting into this premises was a challenge, small cars can get through, but we went in a mid size sedan, we had a lot of difficulty reaching to this property from the main road, its got some 4 narrow bents, which was really a challenging task and needed a lot a patience to drive thru. Mr.Girish told us that they have a separate car park, and arranged us with an auto for our local rides. but let this not be a hindrance, because its just a walkaway distance from the main road..

I would any time, any day recommend this place for family and friend get together.

Nice place for personal gatherings. Private house with 3 rooms, kitchen and dining room. Rooms are fine with double bed and extra mattress. All three rooms are equipped with AC and clean, still can be improved. Dining area is nice, equipped with table and chair. Kitchen has refrigerator and some utensils (not the best). The ambience here is top as it's near sea/lake. There is a view point where we can sit, relax, and enjoy the sunset. The surrounding are just ok, could be still improved. Only con is the parking, only small cars (Swift, Ritz, small hatchback) can go to the premises (max 2 cars). The caretaker was humble enough to provide another safe parking. In short, worth for the price. Best thing here is the ambience...

If you would like to spend a weekend with friends or family by avoiding the rush of city, then this the place. The splendid view of lake is so comfortable and so peaceful..👍 An abandoned ship is anchored near to the resort was interested watch. Kitchen was available for self cooking. As the road to resort from main road is little narrow so if it's difficult to drive, resort have separate car parking near main road.👍 One issue i found is when using google map to reach here, its showing another road from main road which leads to another house in parallel😀👎.. My other friend also had same issue.. Hope the business owner will correct that.. Over all i liked...
