the most pathetic and worst hotel in Singrauli..they are not professional people ,the rooms are very very dirty and so the blankets ..the cupboards were broken ,bathroom doesn't have warm water, mosquitoes everywhere in bathroom, on request for room change if dirty ,they will charge you, TV not working ...they charged for the complimentary water bottle also ...and complimentary breakfast is like limited you cannot order yourself...whatever they give in breakfast ,you have to manage, and if you want more they will charge you and even they are charging for water bottle in complimentary breakfast, disgusting hotel in entire Singrauli...don't book this hotel if you want to save your money ...I have to leave the room because of their rude and terrible behaviour and went to other hotel ..and the food quality is worst and service is too late for dinner and for breakfast also ...also they dont know how to make Gst bill for the company ... stay in any hotel but not this one ...else experience...

I stayed there some days ago for five days. Third day morning they have kept poha for breakfast along with pieces of onion for salad. When I eat onion that test was very bad, test was like someone cut the onion previous night & served for next day morning. That was my very bad experience. After cut the power supply after long time power resumed. Not found various item in breakfast. Only two or three items in breakfast and poha was common. They not serve normal water only serve Bislari bottle on paid basis. As a complementary only half litre Bislari bottle provide on daily basis. Bill not made as I suggested. How much ℅ tax applied not mentions in bill only mentions tax amount. We have to ask for complementaey salad everyday. Food was good.

They have to improve all above...

Singrauli never boasted of Decent accommodations . My earlier visits in the vicinity hardly needed night stay at Singrauli . During my last visit I had to spend a night at another place which prompted me never to come back again there. This time I was not disappointed. Spacious with a 100 Litre fridge tucked in the corner, rooms are decent enough. Though the beds were too soft for my comfort. Adequate toilet and toiletries. Breakfast thrown in for good measure. No Buffet . But you have to go to the restaurant and order from a fixed menu . Decent Enough. Food quality is ok. Parathas less oily . Different Varieties of food available, service OK OK .Staff are generally well behaved...
