Rooms are good and are well maintained. However, I have few suggestions: One wall clock and one electric kettle be provided in each room. Whenever you construct few more rooms, as I could get from your future plans, please reduce the size of double bed by at least 6 inches to 12 Inches to enable space between double & single beds where one with standard body can easily walk in through the space to reach charging points or two people can talk to each other by lowering their foot down. I understand that even by reducing size as suggested above can accommodate two adults and one breastfed kid. Services of all staff as well as guidance, help and cooperation rendered by both owner/partners were outstanding if not more. Location wise, though seems not so far but considering road condition between Teesta Hydel dam to Panbu and Sinji to homestay is really horrible in respect of gradient and riding surface as well. However, this is beyond scope of owners of the homestay. However, I shall suggest them to erect few direction board at Panbu, Sinji market and at any point between Sinji and homestay. The existing display board at the gate needs to be made big and placed suitably. The Homestay' s owners and their staffs are very kind hearted people. They greeted us with a huge smile on our arrival and provided us with welcome drink. I personally loved their hospitality. All our needs were taken care of by the owners and their staffs.

The owners(Biswajit and Bapi) interacted with us on every known topics. You can discuss on every topics with them. They are truly down to earth people and will interact with you just like your own.

Coming to rooms , I will say that they are really well maintained with cozy beds ,multiple plug points , 24X7 water supply and most importantly Geyser.

The mountain views from the balcony is truly mesmerizing and you can spend an entire day just by sitting on the balcony and looking at the view.

My daughter and I stayed in this place for 2 nights. The hospitality of the staff is very nice. All the staffs were very cooperative.The location is very offbeat with awesome views of the valleys , mountains and you can get the magestic view of Kanchenjunga from this place. The rooms are neat and clean. The food also is very good here served in a glass house from where you will get awesome views of the mountains and Kanchenjunga as well.Pure Bengali style food is served here and Chicken Biryani in dinner is worth mentioning which we have never got in any other homestay of North Bengal. The taste of Barbeque Chicken was also great.The homestay is in such a serene location, you will feel like coming here again and again. It is an ideal location for relaxation. We spent our new year here. We were greeted with sweets ( Narkal Naru) and we lit phool jhuri given by them to welcome the new year. This feeling was very special. I am very happy with the service.
