The homestay is best if you are looking for an affordable stay at Sillerygaon. They have 3 separate buildings. You can stay here in groups or in family rooms. The upstairs building (New) has three family rooms and the connecting building downside (Old) is suitable for family and groups. The food they served is ok. The lady (the owner's wife) is very humble and well mannered. But their older son has a harsh tongue. Overall the homestay is good based on the price. The connecting road to sillerygaon was in very bad condition. We had to park our car in the middle of the road for construction work. They provide us 2 cars to reach the homestay from that construction point.

Before writing my experiences, let me rate this place first then I'll explain everything. Rooms- 3/5 Food - 4 /5 Service -5/5 Scenic Beauty - 5/5 Okay ,so first of all this is really a typical homestay in Sillerygaon Village. Rooms are very basic but you can get your basic necessities there (gyser, 24*7 water, blanket etc) The family members were very cordial and they are always ready to help you. Now come to the point- Food. If you are expecting foods like proper restaurant or hotels then you will be disappointed..but as compared to hill area food quality was good. They will charge 800/head including fooding...
