Hotel Balaji — Hotel in West Bengal

Checked in the hotel at night 9:40 pm, the standard room was offered to me, after seeing three rooms Room no First floor, i finally got fed up and took one room, the problems were, 1. AC Making a lot of noise, 2. rooms were dirty and not properly cleaned, 3. Sofa was dirty, 4. Wardrobe full of dirt, 5. Washroom was containing no amenities.||||In the morning when i went for breakfast i asked for a dosa which was tasteless, and chatni and sambhar given was very sweet.||||The most important part was the water offered to me it was in Prayag used bottle and was full of White Slime. Very disturbing to see left everything and left.||||The reception person didn't even gave me the complain book in-spite of...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days on a business trip. I would recomend this hotel for a decent stay..the rooms are airconditioned averagely sized, well furnished with a wardrobe with a safe.lcd tv..comfortable and clean bed..a single seater sofa ..coffe table..dressing unit...the bathroom is neat and clean and average im size..hot and cold shower and hand shower available..towels clean..the hotel has a reataurant and a separate bar...the reception and staff is helpful...service is satisfactory...the hotel is situated near railway track so the rooms facing road may have noise issues but we did not face...

Unclean rooms on the road front, Horrible dust full balconies ... however this is due to the hotel being exactly in front of "Bandar" Railway Station, the last station on the Haldia Route as well as high dust content in the air.||The hotel is located near to the port than other properties.||They surprise with their food which is of good taste and quality.||Go for Prawn Masala Fry, Fish Tikka, Mutton Curry, Fresh Lime Soda .... Avoid Sandwiches.||Go for mineral water to accompany.||AC, Toilets, Bed Linens, Towels etc were okay but carrying own soap is recommended.||Good for brief...
