Hotel Jaypee Inn — Hotel in West Bengal

This was one of the worst experiences at a hotel. I booked this hotel via OYO. The location is not good, hotel service is extremely poor, there are not even sealed drinking water bottles available, you have to drink tap water. They do not cook food in the hotel, if you order food, they will buy it from the bar cum restaurant located on the opposite side of the road, even the menu is of the bar (food is fine though). The rooms are spacious, but they are not cleaned properly. The hotel stuffs are reluctant to work. This hotel is start up and hence they have put lot of things which are not at all correct. Food is immensely bad with providing hell lot of chilies , chilli powder in almost every item. The rooms are not at all cleaned. Bad smell comes up from almost all rooms. The house staff doesnt clean the washroom daily. The WiFi is pretty average. The manager is cooperative but there is no support from his staff. This should be charged anywhere around Rs 800 per day where they charged 2000 Rs.Not at all worth for the family nor even bachelors.
