This is the worst managed hotel in the entire area. you will never get what ever they will promise. ||Used soap, dirty linens and top of that no room heater and no handle on the window so be prepared to spend nights in shivering cold. Enormous and beautiful Buddhist monastery is present in Lava(WB). Great view point for sunrise and sunset. Locals are awesome. Tourists can shop local items as well as winter clothing in Lava town. Best time to visit - anytime in a year. Best way to reach Lava via Kalimpong or Gorubathan (bikers). Homestays and hotels are affordable to approach. Car parking is available. This is mostly a homestay. There are 3 view rooms 1 upper, 2 lower floor. Upper floor room is better. There is one lower floor non-view room which is the worst. And lower floor view rooms are average.

Food has a scope of improvement. Very average.

If the food can be improved . It can be four or more star worth.
