Jaigaon Tour & Travels Bhutan — Hotel in West Bengal

Me and my family had a very bad experience with Mr.Sushil Thakuri, the MD. He didnt leave any stones unturned in making our Bhutan trip a disaster! Just to take out his payment from our travel agent who had made his company our local trip organizer, all 5 days of our bhutan trip he would continuously threaten us and the driver, that the trip would be cancelled mid-way and we have to vacate hotel and come back as he didnt receive his payment. He being the business-man who made a deal with our travel agent, it was not supposed to be our headache to release his payment, but the harrasment, tension and repeated threats that we had to face was simply unacceptable. Infact, we were the ones to help him and followed up regularly with our travel agent and got him his payment but his behaviour of threatening and harrasing us was very inhuman! Overall a very bad man with a bad heart. I would like to make all of you alert that after reading this post of mine, be very careful of associating with Mr.Sushil Thakuri. He is not at all cooperative, very money minded, heartless and can even cancel your trip mid-way and tell the driver to leave you in the hotel and come back! Jaigaon Tour & Travel We have booked exclusive vehicle for Bhutan tour(From IXB to IXB) on May2018. They are good and efficient travel operator. They helped and guided us for immigration and other tour particulars. The driver cum guide MANOJ CHHETRI is awesome. He is very responsible, prompt, very experienced about Bhutan. From end to end he has guided us like local guardian and we don’t have a single complain about him.
