Poor Experience - Avoid This Hotel

I recently stayed at Kalyani Inn and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite charging premium prices, the facilities and services provided were equivalent to a 1-star establishment.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the quality of the accommodations did not match the prices they were charging. The room I was assigned was not clean, and the bathroom lacked proper sanitation. It was clear that hygiene and upkeep were not a priority.

I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay. While the staff's behavior was commendable, it does little to compensate for the lack of cleanliness, substandard facilities, and unpalatable food. I regret choosing this establishment and will not be returning in the future.

Please be cautious when considering this hotel for your accommodation needs. Your money and expectations would be better...

Never expected such top class food and hospitality at such a city. It is a classic case study for all Hotel Industry so called brands that how guests are honored, respected and well taken care off.
