OYO 19357 Reda Right Taste — Hotel in West Bengal

Worst Hotel I have ever come across.. I booked 6 rooms here. At the time of booking I was being told that if I cancel before one month then I will get refund of advance amount after cutting a minimum amount. Due to unavailability of more rooms (As I needed three more rooms) I cancelled the booking one month before. But after my cancellation they simply denied to give my money back. I spoke to Mr. Shiladitya who is responsible for accounts, he told he will let me know after few days. From then it is three months past, but I didn't get back a single penny. Now Shiladitya didn't receive my phone call. I paid 23000/- as advance, they rob my entire advance. Such unethical behavior of staff and management is really shameful. Be aware of these fraud people. Besides that food is horrible here. They charged like three star hotel but serve food even lower quality than...

Even though its only OYO rooms and you should not expect much from these hotels, this is out-rightly one of the worsts i have stayed in. Rooms were very small and bed sheets were not clean and we have to ask them to change them as soon as we enter the hotel. Though Some of the staffs were really courteous and helpful there is one particular guy with dark complexion and a mustache (as i don't know his name) was a complete idiot. He acted rudely and was adamant to charge for the bed sheet as a small kid urinated on it. Bathroom was smelling all the time. I am not expecting a low budget hotel to be up to the standards but at least they should keep things clean. You may stay here for couple of nights as there are no options in this area apart from it. One of the very rare classic restaurant of hindmotor. Ambience is excellent. Staffs are very well behaved. Now coming on to the food. Today we had - Tandoori chicken - The first piece that I got was undercooked. So they exchange that with another set (read two) of chicken which was yum to have with dhaniya sauce and salad. Jeera rice - A bit oily but it was overwhelmed with its taste. Butter nun - It was really soft , juicy indicating that the dough was well prepared. Frankly speaking, it was comparable with any big shot restaurant of Kolkata Chicken chatpata - Tried this new dish. It is worthy to speak that this experiment proved to be excellent.
