OYO 47314 Badsha Hotel — Hotel in West Bengal

The restaurant is renowned for the food and the attached bar.... The hotel is new and the facilities are good. The rooms are clean and the all the rooms are air conditioned. The options available are for single bed, double bed and triple bed rooms with charges ranging from ₹700 to ₹1600+. However, the room service is horrible as you need to call the reception 3-4 times before anyone shows up to your room to attend. Worst means worst! Not eligible for one star also. We ordered veg biriyani, fried rice, chilli chicken, chicken tikka, Mutton kosha, and butter nun amounting 960 rupees. And it was veg polaao with paneer pieces, green peas scrambled eggs(It's veg biriyani, how? I don't know); chilli chicken was totally sour, and Mutton? Oh my god I'm sure it wasn't Mutton. I told them about the quality issues and they don't even care about it. Just hated. Even the bill is not GST bill. It's a hand-made bill. Awesome. Just a superior 3rd class...

An unfortunate and truly unprofessional experience. They denied our stay even when I booked my room in advance. Went across India, stayed at different hotels including mediocre, star hotels and even home stays but no one asked for a marraige certificate from a traveller which they did.
